How We Price Things

We're not fans of the surprise bill at the end. Before we start any work, you'll know what it's gonna cost. Our hourly rate sits between $165-$185 depending on the job complexity, and we'll give you an estimate upfront. Parts? We'll show you options - OEM, quality aftermarket, whatever makes sense for your situation and budget.

Sometimes stuff comes up once we're in there - happens with older cars especially. If that's the case, we'll call you first before doing any extra work. No surprises, no BS. Just straight talk about what your car needs.

Common Questions About Our Services

Mainly European and performance vehicles - that's our specialty. We've got the tools and training for those. If you've got a domestic or Japanese car with a tricky problem, give us a call and we'll let you know if we can help. We'd rather be honest than take on something we're not set up for properly.

Depends on the issue, honestly. Simple check engine light? Maybe an hour or two. Weird intermittent problem that only happens sometimes? Could take longer 'cause we gotta recreate it and track it down. We'll give you a realistic timeframe when you book, and keep you updated if things change.

Our labor is covered for 12 months or 20,000km, whichever comes first. Parts warranty depends on the manufacturer - some are lifetime, some are 1-2 years. We'll tell you upfront what's covered. If something we fixed goes wrong again, we'll make it right.

We get asked this a lot. Thing is, if we don't source the part, we can't warranty it. And honestly, we've seen too many cheap knockoff parts cause problems. If you found a good deal on OEM stuff, let's talk about it. But we're not installing random eBay specials - seen that go wrong too many times.
